Question 1

Do we need finished drawings before contacting you?

Accepted Answer

No. A rough footprint, photos and a description of the task are enough to begin the discussion. We will identify the measurements and load information needed for a useful proposal. Start with where the floor is crowded and how you want people or inventory to use the added level.

Question 2

How will the quotation explain the scope?

Accepted Answer

The proposal identifies the agreed platform arrangement, deck surface, access components and installation work. That gives your team a basis for comparing alternatives. If you are weighing storage against a staffed work area, say so early; those uses can need different loading, surfaces and ways of reaching the deck.

Question 3

What affects when installation can be scheduled?

Accepted Answer

Layout agreement, component supply, delivery access and facility work zones determine the schedule. Describe receiving activity and shift patterns during the initial discussion. We coordinate experienced installation crews we schedule and manage, with timing agreed around the actual project rather than a fixed hour or day promise.
